LoopBatch terms of service

LoopBatch is a tool that makes short marketing videos for a workspace and posts them to social accounts that the workspace connects. These terms apply to each person who uses LoopBatch.

Your accounts and content

You connect only accounts that you own or that you have permission to manage. You are responsible for the captions, media and settings that you approve. LoopBatch posts a video only after a person approves it, with the privacy and interaction settings chosen on the approval page.

Platform rules

Each post must follow the rules of the platform. For TikTok, this includes the TikTok Terms of Service, the Music Usage Confirmation and, for paid partnerships, the Branded Content Policy. For Instagram, this includes the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. For Facebook, this includes the Meta Terms of Service, the Pages, Groups and Events Policies and the Community Standards. For Threads, this includes the Threads Terms of Use and the Instagram Community Guidelines. For Bluesky, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest, this includes each platform's terms of service and community rules. For YouTube, this includes the YouTube Terms of Service, which you agree to when you connect a channel.

AI content

LoopBatch can make content with AI models. When a post's picture, video or voice was made or materially altered by a model, LoopBatch sends the AI disclosure that the platform supports, and a workspace cannot switch that off. Words a model wrote, such as a caption, a title or a script, are outside every platform's disclosure rule and carry no label by default. A workspace can choose in its settings to label every post a model touched.

Credits, refunds and cancellation

LoopBatch sells credits in packs, in US dollars, on the pricing page. Payment is made on Stripe's checkout page; LoopBatch never sees your card number. The credits of a pack are granted to your workspace once, when Stripe confirms the payment. A paid step costs the provider's price plus the markup of your plan. Credits have no expiry date. A step that the credits do not cover, or that would pass your daily limit, does not run.

To ask for a refund, write to the contact below. A refund is paid through Stripe to the payment method that paid. When a purchase is refunded, in full or in part, LoopBatch takes back the share of the pack's credits that the refunded amount bought, rounded down. If those credits were already spent, the balance goes below zero and paid steps stop until the workspace buys credits again. A refund that fails or is canceled gives the credits back. A chargeback takes the credits back when the card network withdraws the funds, and gives them back when the funds are reinstated.

There is no subscription to cancel. You stop by not buying more credits. You can disconnect every social account on the disconnect and data deletion page and ask for the removal of your records at the contact below.

Availability

LoopBatch is provided as is, without warranty. A platform can refuse, delay or remove a post. LoopBatch can change or stop a feature, and can suspend access that breaks these terms or a platform's rules.

Privacy

The privacy page describes the data that LoopBatch keeps and how to remove it.
